[FIRST NAME GOES HERE], Testing Season Is Here!🌟

Hello Reader !

As we approach the standardized testing season, the pressure to perform can feel overwhelming—not just for students, but for you, the leaders who guide them. Understanding the intricacies of these tests is the first step to overcoming potential challenges and leading your team to success.

At my school, we are having a testing pep rally. During the pep rally classes will perform songs/cheers to support the grades that are taking the state standardized tests. We will have a DJ and the high school band perform. The teachers will also do a "surprise" performance for the students. It will be a blast! 😀

Our K-2 teachers and 3-5 teachers partner up and support each others' classes during the testing season. For example, a kindergarten teacher will be a testing buddy for a third grade teacher. Each class will provide treats or handwritten notes for each others' classes to encourage students to do their best on their tests.

In my book, "S.T.A.N.D.: Five Powerful Strategies for Overcoming Barriers to Becoming an Instructional Leader," I delve into proven strategies that help instructional leaders like yourself "stand" out and effectively support your teachers during testing season. Hit reply and share some fun things you are doing at your school!
